Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
NO SHOW
In case of a no-show (client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice), a fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged.
PAYMENTS
A deposit is required and the remaining balance can be paid after the session.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes without prior notice or discussion, your appointment will be cancelled and a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply.
Testimonial Release:
By receiving services at Scorpio's Hair Studio and/or Pearl Mackey, you agree that your testimonials, reviews, and photos may be used for marketing online and in print. Your full name or contact info will not be shared without consent. To opt out, please notify the Salon in writing.
